FAQs

How do we book you for our wedding?

Please feel free to shoot me an email, give me a call, or fill out the contact form. There’s no pressure at this stage. Once you get in touch, I’ll reach out, and we can go from there.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 10% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due closer to the wedding (I’ll send a friendly reminder!).

How long will it take to receive our video?

Turnaround times all depend on how busy I am. But your finished wedding film will be delivered within 3 months of your wedding date.

Do you offer drone footage?

Yes! Depending on the weather, venue, and local restrictions, we’re more than happy to get the drone up in the air.

What about cancellations?

Cancellation fees depend on when you cancel. I’ll send you my complete cancellation policy when it comes time to sign on the dotted line.

What if your equipment fails?

It’s rare, but these things can happen. I use professional-grade gear, backup equipment, and multiple memory cards to ensure the protection of your footage. In the rare event of a malfunction, we’ll communicate openly and find a fair solution.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes. I love hitting the road (or even soaring through the sky like a majestic bird) for a wedding. However, you will need to cover all travel and accommodation costs.

Can we use licensed music in our videos?

As much as we’d all love [INSERT MUSICIAN WHO HASN’T BEEN CANCELLED] to be the backing track for our lives, unfortunately, I can’t use licensed music in your video.

Can we request a specific style?

Absolutely! If you have a creative vision in mind, I’d love to hear it.

Can we have the raw footage?

All raw footage is available for an additional fee. However, please keep in mind that raw footage will not look like the footage in your finished video.

What does “Big Good” mean?

Honestly, I don’t know. But it sounds fun to say.
