TIA & ZAC

It was such a pleasure making a wedding video for Tia & Zac! Their ceremony took place in the backyard of their first house, a space they lovingly renovated together. With their guests dressed in black, it was relaxed, heartfelt, and completely personal ceremony.

After the vows, we headed to Perth College where the jacarandas were in bloom and the grounds were glowing purple. I cannot tell you how highly I recommend finding a way to incorporate jacarandas into your wedding.

As you can see in their final video, Tia & Zac fully embraced the day, laughing easily and often forgetting the camera was even there.

We wrapped things up with an intimate reception at House on Beau, which is such a cool venue with incredible food and immaculate vibes.

LISA & JOHN

You know those couple that you can just tell are completely in love? That’s 100% Lisa & John.

A beautiful wedding over looking the water at Matilda Bay, Lisa & John’s wedding was a truly international affair.

The tequila was flowing, and the pizza absolutely slapped.

When Lisa’s family gave speeches in German, I may have cried like a baby, regardless of the fact that I don’t speak any German.

The only regret I have is not getting to go to their second wedding in Germany to do it all over again.

JESS & BARNEY

When Jess came to me with the idea of capturing her wedding in the same style as her parent’s wedding video, it was an idea and opportunity too cool to pass up. (And I already own multiple mid-2000s digicams).

Jess & Barney’s wedding highlight video is just a small taste of their final video which ended up being over 4 hours long!

While it was 36 degrees during the ceremony, I loved making this wedding video, and no amount of sweat was going to change that.

The resolution was low, but the vibes were high.

Oh! And Matilda Bay Restaurant served up the best vendor meal I’ve ever had.

KRISTIE & MIKE

I love Buckland Estate, and I especially loved filming Kristie & Mike’s wedding day.

We all know a wedding is all about the bride and groom; however, on this day, I have to say Mike & Kristie’s daughters stole most of the spotlight.

The weather was incredible. The band ruled. I got to sleep in a tent. And I still think about their dog, Maverick, just about every day.

GEORGIA & JACOB

Was it intimidating making a wedding video for a bride who can bench more than me? Yes. Fortunately, Jacob & Georgia are not only a beautiful couple but beautiful people.

The Vines Resort in the Swan Valley played host to their wedding, a day filled with so much joy, love and laughter.

Heartstrings were pulled, and muscles were flexed. A 10/10 wedding. No notes.

JESS & DAN

Lamont’s Bishops House might just be Perth’s greenest wedding video. It’s such a pleasure to film at such stunning location, and Jess & Dan’s wedding was no exception.

I had a great time making this wedding video, capturing an intimate affair in the heart of the city.

Did I pay $4 million for parking? Yes. Would I do it again? Also, yes.

KYM & DANNY

This one was pretty special. I jumped on board to capture Kym & Danny’s wedding at the last minute, after their videographer cancelled the day before their beachside ceremony.

Having travelled all the way from the UK to make Kym’s dream of a beach wedding a reality, this intimate ceremony at Burns Beach was really beautiful.

I’m still finding sand in my camera gear to this day.

ELISE & JEMAYNE

There’s not much better than a rustic wedding venue, and Chapel Farm Estate has to be one of Perth’s best.

I rolled my ankle so bad during the ceremony that I almost cried. But despite my life-threatening injury, I couldn’t be happier with how Elise & Jemayne’s wedding video turned out.

All hail King Jabba!
